Form & Function Delivery Information for Local Customers (Business located in Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Carroll, Wayne, portions of Holmes, Medina, Columbiana, Portage, Mahoning and Cuyahoga Counties in Northeast Ohio)

  1. Free Local Delivery
  2. No minimum order fees, no fuel surcharges
  3. Orders placed by 4:30 PM will normally be delivered the next business day
  4. Expedited delivery times for each item outside our local delivery area are based on orders being placed before 2 p.m. EST, pending credit approval and product availability.
  5. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
  6. Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries outside our local service area are made via UPS until 7 p.m.
  7. Stocked items are usually delivered the next business day within the local trade areas when the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST time may require additional delivery time.

Delivery policy for Non-Local customers:

  1. Free Delivery on orders over $150.00
  2. Orders shall be delivered using the best shipping option available (UPS, common carrier or using our network of independent dealers across the country)
  3. Orders should arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of order

Office Furniture Delivery Policy for Local Customers:

  1. Built not Boxed – when you buy office furniture you will get office furniture not a box you must figure out how to assemble. We provide assembly, delivery and installation.
  2. Furniture will be delivered and installed in the location of your choosing. We may assess a delivery and installation fee for deliveries where steps or stairs are involved or for extremely heavy items such as insulated files or oversize desks. This fee shall be discussed with the customer prior to installation.
  3. Assembled furniture items and special orders cannot be returned
  4. Larger orders of furniture will be scheduled with the customer

Office Furniture Delivery Policy for Non-Local Customers:

  1. Orders shall be delivered using the best shipping option available (UPS, common carrier or using our network of independent dealers across the country). Delivery is to your dock.
  2. Assembly, Delivery and Installation can be accomplished using our nationwide network of independent dealers. Fees for these services will be discussed with customer prior to shipment of order.
  3. Assembled furniture items and special orders cannot be returned.
