Return Policy

Ever been scared to return an item to a store because of how unpleasant it can be? You have to go to the special counter and explain why you are returning the item. Sometimes it can feel like you are going to court to fight a speeding ticket. And then the frustration of not getting a refund if the "judge" decides your case isn't valid...

Yeah, we've been in your shoes and we hate that as much as anyone. So while we wish returns didn't have to happen, we understand that mistakes occur. Our goal is to make returns a simple and easy process for everyone involved. Here's how we do it:

Local Customers:

Hopefully you consistently order from us and you know our drivers and see them frequently. When you have a return make a note on your next order like, “Please pick up return of…” When our driver comes to deliver he will see the note, locate the return and bring it back where we will issue a credit memo. You may also just give an item to your driver or salesperson. It’s simple and painless.

In the event you order the wrong item or simply change your mind about an order, you can return an item within 25 days if it is unopened and in new and salable condition. After 25 days, items may be returned up to 75 days with a 15% restocking fee. We will refund you the purchase price of an item minus the shipping costs, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item(s) were damaged in transit, are defective or you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) and we will provide a call tag and arrange for free pickup and return shipping of the item(s). If your order is incomplete and missing items, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) so we can investigate and if necessary reorder your items. Failure to contact us with 48 hours will void any returns or refunds.

If you have a special circumstance to have us get a return we can also do this. Just contact us. If there are any issues we will call and work out the best solution.

Return Restrictions

Due to safety and fraud concerns, we cannot accept returns for the following items; assembled or installed furniture, calendars and planners (any date-specific items without prior authorization), consumer electronics, food and beverages, medicine, and custom orders (large-quantity quotes, specially-priced items). In addition, some items sourced direct to the manufacturer cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to items sourced to HON(HON and Basyx). If you are purchasing HON/Basyx items and have questions regarding our returns policy, please consult with our returns team Sales@BuyFandF.com or call us at (330) 880-0995. Other manufacturers require a restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to items sourced to Acco, Balt, Eurotech, Fellowes, FireKing, GBC, Ghent/Waddell, HON, Martin Yale, Nightingale, Safco, Sentry, and other office furniture and office and/or machine manufacturers.

Damaged or Defective Item(s)

In the event your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damage claims made after 48 hours will not be honored. We will respond within 1 business day of your request. Replacement item(s) will be reordered at your request.

Received the Wrong Item(s)?

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s), please contact our returns department within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) to initiate a reorder and return. Non-Local Customers: (Outside areas listed in Shipping / Delivery Information

Returns will need to be scheduled and will be picked up by the best method possible. Once we have returned the item and received acknowledgement of the returned product we will issue a credit memo.

Unfortunately there are shipping costs for returns and these will be your responsibility. If there are any issues we will call and work out the best solution.

Most items may be returned at your request. See Return Restrictions and Return Reasons below for limitations. Items must be returned within 30 days of their receipt; unused, in their original packaging - unopened, and in salable condition. Our returns department must be notified of all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact our returns department with any return requests or questions relating to our return policy. Repackaging and Sending Your Return

Once you have received your Return Authorization Number and a return address, please repackage the item in its original condition, including all original product packaging, manuals, and accessories. Place the item(s) in their shipping box and write the Return Authorization Number on the shipping box. Do not write the Return Authorization Number on the retail product packaging. Doing so may make your item(s) ineligible for a return.

Send your item(s) to the address provided by our returns department using your preferred shipping method. You are responsible for the item(s) until we accept shipment. For your protection, we recommend you insure your item(s) in case they are damaged or lost in transit. Please pack and ship item(s) appropriately, keeping receipts and tracking information.
