How do I order?

Shopping and placing an order is easy! It just takes a few minutes to set up your account! Browsing our online catalog of products is fun and easy. We have over 60,000 items from which to choose.

If there is a product that you do not see, no problem, just email customer service, Info@buyfandf.com .
We're here to help you. We take pride in being able to assist our customers, even when those specialty items are hard to find. If an item is discontinued, our customer service specialists can assist you in picking out a similar or replacement for that item.

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart you can proceed to checkout to make your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase shortly thereafter. Of course, you are welcome to contact customer service to answer any questions concerning your order.

What are my payment options?

Credit Cards : We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to establish a corporate account, please email us.

Purchase Orders : In addition to all the major credit cards, we accept purchase orders from local established businesses, educational and government entities, as well as area churches and non-profit agencies. All purchase order terms are Net 30 days. Re-sellers or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.

How do I know if I have to pay sales tax?

In accordance with current law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in Ohio at the prevailing rate of sales tax in each location. Tax-exempt organizations located in Ohio must send a copy of their tax-exempt certificate. Upon the receipt of this information we will remove all tax charges from the purchase.

Expected Delivery Times

  • We have 46 distribution centers nationwide, and that means that 9 of 10 customers live in areas we service and in most cases should receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited delivery times for each item outside our local delivery area are based on orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, pending credit approval and product availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
  • Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries outside our local service area are made via UPS until 7 p.m.
  • Stocked items are usually delivered the next business day within the local trade areas when the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST time may require additional delivery time.
  • Products shipped via third party providers outside our local delivery area, such as furniture and large or heavy items require longer delivery lead times.
